Not great, sorry to say. Seemed somewhat chaotic behind the counter. They're pumping out orders, but not with quality goods or service. My tall latte was just a half cup of coffee + half cup of milk, just warm. Wrong! I ordered 2 goodies, but only got one. I was already driving away, so I took it as a loss. Not going back. If all you want is a cup of java, should be fine. If you want to treat yourself, probably try a locally owned joint or Starbucks down the street.
I think during the mid morning rush my barista forgot to put everything in my pumpkin cold brew that usually makes it good lol Thankfully the cashier, Jazzy, was kind enough to have another drink made for me! I am very thankful for her customer service! The second drink came out perfect and exactly what I wanted.
The ambience isn't chic but the coffee is hot and the refills are free and the service is excellent. Great place to work and get work done
Not much on the chai selection, and they appeared to under-buy the bakery stuff on the day I was there. Parking and access are decent, but it’s not a big deal because the drive through lane is long and seems efficient. I didn’t like that the baristas are hidden behind two tall machines on the counter.
This was the perfect place to work remotely at. The coffee and food was very yummy. Reminds me of starbucks in a way. The wifi was fast and I love the little booths with the dividers oh! & the baristas were very nice!
I love city brew. I come everyday and I always get greater with a smile. The service is great and quick. Kid-friendliness: My 9 year old daughter loves the hot chocolate. And the friendly service Parking: Plenty of parking.
My first time in to City Brew today and I was met at the drive though with Joss. She was incredibly rude and because I didn’t know the terminology first time customer she was extremely rude when I called it a “medium” and started laughing. She also got irritated with me when I wanted to add vanilla to my iced coffee. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
This was my first time at a City Brew, and for the uninitiated it closely resembles a Starbucks in decor I think they have the same front cooler, similar layout, etc. BUT! This is coffee far and above the Starbucks’ level. My brewed coffee was a medium roast, light and smooth, if lacking a little in flavor. The espresso was a little bland or stale tasting mid-sip, but the front was bright and tangy and the finish was smooth and sweet. This would normally be a slightly above-average review for me, but the fourth star comes from the incredible gouda and egg sandwich I had. Really creamy, all the few simple parts cooked perfectly with regard to the others. I’ll come back just for that!! On top of all of this, really friendly staff and a clean and relaxed environment, easy to park or walk from nearby hotels. All of my order came out extremely fast and proper temperature. The coffee issues happen at the roast level, not any fault of the baristas, and even then definitely above average for a chain! I look forward to more City Brew in the future! Oh, and did I mention the beautiful mountain view‽
I really like city brew, their orange creamer chargers are lovely, as is the cold brew coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that some of the drinks are rather expensive. The cold brew at almost $5 hurts a little bit, especially when local options like wild Joe's or the Daily are cheaper and a little better.
Good coffee but, apparently the baristas will give themselves a healthy tip off your card. Be aware, 2nd time now and i had left a cash tip..
