I really like this location. The baristas are sweet and considerate, and more than happy to customize your drink. Ive been here innumerable times and only had 1 bad experience, but the barista in question doesn’t even work there anymore so now it’s all good, everytime. These gals fly through their line very quickly considering how many cars there usually are, and how understaffed most places are. I appreciate the workers alot.

We had a great experience this morning... Even though they were very busy, the gal that took our order was incredibly friendly! She apologized for being out of several breakfast items, but recommended a substitute that we loved! Lyric was super sweet, welcoming and happy! So nice to see people who genuinely love their job! Lyric is an employee who ames a difference

:30 minute drive through $9 drink and not even blended….? You’ll be trying to drink large ice chunks through a paper straw that disintegrates into your terribly made drink. Beware before going to this location. Management does not care. The worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks.

Line was long but kept moving at a good pace. Baristas were super sweet and fast moving. Drinks were great!

Never had any problems with this starbucks until today, aside from the medley that is their drive thru. But on this day, no one could tell me what was wrong with how my iced cold foam cappuccino kept coming out, so that was less than ideal..

Got a mobile order this morning and I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and an almond croissant.  The white mocha was literally 1/2 full and the croissant wasn't even cut and wasn't toasted like it said on the bag.  I come here almost every day and this is the customer service experience I received?  Thanks Starbucks :

Another bad experience here this morning.  The catty girls that work here didn't warm up my croissant and gave me a cup that had coffee and whipped cream spilled all over it.  Not to mention yesterday I went in and two girls at around 4pm were laughing at me when I picked up a mobile order. One girl had blond curly hair and the other had black very long straight hair.  Today I'm calling corporate about my mistreatment at this location.  You girls need to grow up.

So to start off, I was having a very difficult day when I got here. When i arrived I told the baristas that today was difficult. I told them "hey, surprise me with a drink. Have fun with it! As long as its a cold drink and a venti I will be happy" and OH MY GOSH did they deliver! They made me such a wonderful beverage and someone who worked there paid for it. I was so touched by this experience. The staff here are so kind and sweet. It absolutely made my day turn around! Also to whomever is reading this review you should get the drink they made me. It is the perfect combination of flavors  thank you so much Starbucks on Main! Stay as wonderful as you are!

Terrible service experience. Asked for extra creamer and was told I’d have to be charged and they wouldn’t give me any. They said it’s charged by the inch. I’ve been to Starbucks all over the world and have never had such a response. Disappointing.
