I brought in 6 12 in x 12 in mirrors that were 1/8 inch thick. They cut them beautifully for only $12. I was very impressed and thought I found a company that didn't charge an arm and a leg and was close to home. I went back a week or so later with the same type of mirrors and was quoted $120. I couldn't believe the price difference. When i reminded the lady (who was very nice) about the previous price, I was told that I "got a deal" the first time. Such a shame because I was very happy, told everyone about their fast service, and was going to be a loyal customer. Back to trying to find somewhere to get my mirrors cut.

Well, based on the other reviews, I would assume I had a fluke experience, but non-the-less. After arriving, the receptionist took no less than 10 phone calls while making me wait. I was picking up my things to leave when she finally just let the phone ring to assist me. They offered a quote and when I returned to have them do the work they stated they in-fact didn’t have the materials or tools to preform the job. I’m all about supporting local businesses, but......I was able to get exactly what I needed online for 1/3 the price City Glass initially quoted - including shipping. I don’t believe I’d be back.

Always helpful, pleasant, and professional. My projects are small home to-dos, but I am always treated like their commercial customers, and sometimes get what I need while I wait.

I went through 3 other companies for Estimates, This was the only Well manner, professional and best of them. The Office people very nice, to make my appointment that was very convenient to working on my schedule. The technicians not only called me on the day of the service to let me know they were on their way, they where on time as schedule. Respectful Technicians very Professional, my window was fixed in a very short time and the job is great. I will recommend this Company 110%.

I picked up a piece of glass for my table top and the cut on the glass was not straight. But what was worse is that there was no one to help me put the glass in my vehicle and when I set it down to open my truck the corner of the glass just tapped the cement and it broke.
