I cannot thank Allen’s Plumbing enough! HONEST, HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS. I had been told by the contractor’s plumber that I would have to tear out my shower and remodel my new bathroom to repair an unknown leak issue. Turns out it wasn’t in the wall or because of a faulty drain, your man said it was just a matter of caulking. Dry the area with a fan for a week and caulk with waterproof material should do it. He was so RIGHT! My problem is solved. Thank you again and again. Kay Peterson St. Petersburg

Allen's Plumbing is the best plumbing service you will find! Jamin always responds immediatley, even after hours! Their work is impeccable and the service flawless! They always aim to please! I'm the Regional Manager for a large management company and Allen's Plumbing is my preferred vendor!

Steve came out and installed my water softner in my home. It was not the easiest pvc pipe job like a new home, or else I would have done it myself. This was and older home. Steve came out on time and did an amazing job for my home! I will recommend Allen's plumbing to future friends and family!

Terrible customer service. $300.00 charge, nothing accomplished. Charges for gloves, minutes, and anything else they can tack on. My son had Sunday service that cost much less, from another plumbing service that actually accomplished the job. I called another plumber....same service...no charge because not fixed. Allens rips people off.

I unfortunately can not rate their quality of work because I never got any. I called about a flooded bathroom and was told someone would call me back. 1/2 hour later I called to see what the approximate wait time was and was told the message was sent and they are probably on a job....that was fine also, I'm pretty understanding. Around 2 hours later, still nothing ! Now THAT I have no understanding for! I called and canceled the no show service. The person I spoke to was very nice and apologetic though. They say everything happens for a reason. Emergency is fixed and I was extremely pleased and reasonably charged. This for sure was not the way to handle a customer. One simple phone call is all it would of took.
