One of my customers recommended West Coast Fence as they have used them for many years. I called and they were way behind from hurricane Irma so it took a few weeks for Glenn to come out and checkout what work I needed. He was on time and very pleasant to work with. I was also affected by Irma's damage so I understood the time frame. The work was agreed on and I was given a 8 week start date. The day of the scheduled work the installer called me in the morning and let me know about what time they would arrive. They showed up within that window and were nice guys. They did a nice job repairing what was agreed on and made sure I was happy with the work before they asked for the final payment. I would use then again without question.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. They did not do the job they were supposed to. I received a bill, nothing was fixed as discussed. I called to tall to someone. The owner got on the phone and refused to listen to a word I had to say and told me I should have read what I signed and too bad. The worst customer service I have ever had. He was rude and told me he doesn't care what I think or have to say. They will take your money for no work and then tell you it's not their problem. Do not use them.

I moved into a house where they installed the fence. 2 of the main beams were not treated and are rotting so the fence is leaning. called to find out what their warranty was and basically they warranty people and not their product cause when I bought the house (which was a flip) they won't warranty me cause I did not purchase the fence. makes no sense to me at all. it's ur fence that u put in still at the same location so how does the warranty not apply. would never recommend a company who DOES NOT warranty their product. Plus they were very RUDE

These are the worst people to deal with.  The owner has a very arrogant attitude.  This company feels you are privileged just to do business with them.  There is no communication with the customer.
After waiting  4 months for.them to repair the fence they did not bother to show up on the scheduled date nor bother to inform me of their schedule change.  When I confronted the owner about no notification he advised in a perfect world that would happen. That's when I cancelled their service.
My advice is call someone else.
