Great place to park your car if you need to go to city hall, parking is validated if you use the premises. I have been there at all different hours of the day and have never had a problem finding a parking space. My only complaint would be is that the spacing is kind of tight so if you have a long car or truck, you will have to do a y turn to get in and out of the space.

I got locked out. They close relatively early, then your vehicle is inaccessible. I had to return in the morning and was charged the maximum amount for parking, despite having a parking card. Terrible experience.
