Unusual set up, not for everyone. Spacious room was clean and neat, comfortable, looked just like the photo. Huge wide screen TV. There is a great pub nearby and coffee bar at corner which made fab coffee and espresso.. If you can get past the town hall vibe with active office spaces it works very well for the price when traveling through.

If you want to experience spending the night in an abandoned industrial warehouse, Room 101 will accommodate you. There is a big comfortable bed with ill-fitting sheets, 2 tiny end tables against the far wall, a toilet with a towel rack, a wall separates toilet and open shower. There is a rolling barn door for a bit of privacy (for toilet or for shower). A sink on rusty counter (part of the ambiance). Industrial flooring. Oh, and cheap toilet paper. The only human touch was an envelope left by housekeeping for a tip. This place is cold and uninviting.

We stayed in the Red Cross Room which was very nice and modern looking. The room had three areas or rooms inside, a sitting area with a couch and flat screen TV, the bedroom with a large walk in closet, and the bathroom. The bathroom had a very large tub along with a stand up shower. Although the hot water sucked and quickly ran out. The bedroom was also nice on first appearance, but the sheets were thin and ours had a hole in one. The walk in closet was neat as its door was a large safe door, but inside was pretty bare. The parking was pretty shady and the front entrance was littered with trash, like an office was kicked out and their stuff just tossed out front. The WiFi sucked as well, could connect but couldn't actually do anything.

Super Cool Hotel! I feel like a rockstar when I stay in the industrial style Hulk rooms and a princess when I stay in the elegant traditional rooms. Friendly and always accommodating staff, lux in-room amenities as well as its prime downtown location make The City Hall Grand Hotel the only place I will ever stay. It is so unique and amazing. Pick this hotel as your escape during your next visit to the Williamsport area.

This hotel is the nicest by far of any hotel in Williamsport, Pa I love the fact that you can come & go without having to be bothered by checking in & out. Their rooms are unique & different, I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates something out of the usual boring hotel chains. Their is real small units for people who are on a budget and their are suites up to 1500 sq ft who like some space. Williamsport's finest by far
