Good room. The happy hour spread was pretty nice. They brought out a keg of Shock Top which was cool. I didn't have any though cause it was all old people down there and I wasn't feeling it

Hotel is "supposed to be Pet Friendly," and they will take your $75.00 pet fee without hesitation,  however, there is ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE to take your pet to the bathroom. They suggest a small, muddy patch of grass next to the hotel that is right next to a VERY BUSY street. It was especially nice when there was a crew using jackhammer for THREE SOLID DAYS next to the muddy patch of grass. 😠 I did not have the same "friendly" Customer Service as some of you, and I truly question the authenticity of some of these reviews. We are in hotels approximately 250 days a year and I am familiar with "friendly" Customer Service. These people were quite the opposite. We were here for around two weeks. Hotel was clean, however the LOUD drunk people standing outside of our window at night was frustrating. When I complained to the front desk, they were not "friendly" again. We will NEVER stay here again. Unacceptable.

What accommodating and wonderful people! While driving through from Buffalo, NY to Wilkes-Barre, PA for a wedding that my husband was standing in, we got 3 hours into our drive before we realized that my husband had forgotten his $750 suit that matched the rest of the wedding party. Rather than subjecting our 18 month old to a 3 hour ride home and back, or requiring him to drive another 1.5 hours to drop us to our destination to drive through the night for his suit, we decided to call a this Marriott (we are reward club members). They were so accommodating to let us store bags and a car seat and let us use the lobby so that my husband could start on his trek back home and we could wait for another wedding guest to come pick the baby and I up! We love you, Residence Inn by Marriott in Williamsport! Thank you!

Really like this hotel. Located near food and activities. Rooms are nice and staff is friendly

Hotel was located conveniently near a Wegmans and other restaurants. The rooms were incredible. The staff was very helpful friendly and overall it was a great experience.
