I am in absolute love with this hotel! But not just the hotel.. The staff here is amazing! So nice and helpful! My room, clean, cool, comfortable, contemporary. The neighborhood, couldn't ask for a more convenient place! Gated parking lot, which is very secure! Breakfast every morning. Bar and restaurant is open six days a week. Definitely a great place for a quick getaway or if you're here for business (pipeline) like we are.

9/30/17 We were wed at the Genetti. Every staff member was wonderful, friendly and always went above and beyond.  All our guest were pleased with their rooms and the service. Both the ceremony room and the Grand Ballroom were exquisite. Many of our guest stayed before and after the wedding day and all wanted to give special recognition to the Ale House and its manager (Alan) and all his staff. Highly recommend the Diamond Wedding experience at the Genetti. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !!!!

I’ve never done a review before, but my experience at this hotel inspired me. Super pet-friendly. They were very welcoming to myself and my yellow Labrador. They gave her plenty of cookies of which she caught on real quick and was wagging/drooling every time she walked past the front desk. Charming place built in the 20’s that outshines any night at a holiday inn. Will gladly stay there again!

Quaint, old-school, charming, clean environment....really nice. I just got done with breakfast, what a spread ! So many items to choose from and everything delicious. I must admit I had lower expectations just because they weren't 'mainstream' but I'm happy to say, not only would I come again, I'd highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Williamsport (especially room 418) !!! Well done Genetti !!!

I am here for business and was greeted by 10 people smoking cigarettes outside and I snagged the very last parking spot which was a fun walk with all my luggage in the rain.  As a single woman, it doesn’t feel super secure because I can hear my neighbors through the adjoining door (which has a flimsy slide lock).

My room smells like an ashtray (non smoking room), isn’t terribly clean, and is amazingly outdated.

I am on the top floor and all I can hear are slamming doors from my neighbors at all hours, the “ding” of the elevator, and something super loud outside.  Thank goodness I am a heavy sleeper.

Although my company has paid for me to stay here, I have actually considered checking into another hotel.
