The food is uniquely good. The owner is down-home friendly. Don't skip the loaded baked potato salad there is nothing like it. Its so exciting to finally have something close other than a burger joint.

Very good food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. My wife and I stopped in for lunch while passing through. We both had the Ribs and Brisket. They serve both the flat and point of the brisket together which Is becoming more rare for barbecue places. Brisket was tender, good bark and good smoke ring.  Ribs were a good dry rub and really didnt need any sauce, but that didnt stop us. Moist and close to falling off the bone when you pick them up. This place uses good quality food and knows how to cook. The fact that it was clean and nice staff was a bonus.

Good food, horrible service. The guy chopping the brisket (which I believe is the owner) is not a pleasant individual. For the price we paid, I'd like better service.

I visited this business in November and plan to go back. The brisket was awesome.
It was not busy when I came in. I can see that service may need to step up a bit.
