This restaurant has it ups and downs.  There are dishes that definitely need work as well as dishes that are worthy of three stars.  Menu items #51 & 52 seem to be consistent in their quality and are dishes that I would recommend.  Their fajitas are ok but one can definitely find better in the area.  No alcohol sold here; therefore, no margaritas or beers.  Soda drinks are sold by the can with no refills.  However, their iced tea has been consistently good.  The complimentary salsa also has consistency issues ranging from level of heat, taste, and chunkiness.  The squirt bottles have a tendency to get plugged and creates a mess when a chunk of tomato or onion finally breaks free.  As far as service, it really depends on who waits on you.  They have servers who shouldn't be waiting on customers at all because of their attitude and lack of customer attention.
