We bought a property from Rob Funk who is a agent there. It was probably one of the best investments we have made. Since then, with his help and his office help I have bought 13 properties of which we have flipped four properties and currently have the rest under property management with Catherine. I cant say enough about there caring and understanding even though sometimes it gets frustrating. I would recommend them to anyone looking in the city of Detroit.

I have 27 properties being managed with them and have no complaints. We have a monthly conference call and i am never over charged like other companies. I invested in Detroit in 2012 and was Scammed and lost a lot of money. Once Catherine took over and helped organize and have my portfolio performing and me actually making money.

Excellent company to Work for in The City and For Real estate. They provide all modern and paperless systems so it is easy for every investor. If you have a property or need a property Call them.

This Company is Currently Selling my portfolio i bought at the tax auction in 2014. I am happy i made the call to go with them based on my partner experiences. I was Scammed by 3 Property Management companies in Metro Detroit and Robbed for over 25,000k USD. I am actually getting a check in my account once a month now for my houses and have sold 17 homes.

Catherine CLEARLY suffers from emotional issues. Avoid this incompetent rental company on Mack Ave at all costs. A better place to handle your tenants can be found ANYWHERE. I have come across several that are better at handling my properties. I don't know if this is politically correct or not, however, the african american girls that I've ran across put this place to shame. They take 100% better care in handling the details as if they really care about the clients and your homes. Well, that has been my experience, anyhow. I would absolutely NOT recommend this establishment! I want the 1 star I gave it back immediately!
