terrible! never pull a permit! they miss appointments, over schedule them, forget to fill out papers for your permit so will have to come back and make you miss more work, charge out the butt for permits, expect $1000-$2000 in permits, miscommunications happen all day in their office, ladies at office are very rude and unfriendly, inspectors themselves are okay, but the office, the way things are run, it's all about them getting money!!!! want to open a whole in a wall, GPW is the only city that makes you pull a structural building permit! I pay thousands of dollars a year in taxes and this is what it goes to!? what a joke, all they want is your money and as much of it as they can get! if there was an option for zero stars I would have gone with that. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
