Nera was very friendly and helpful from when we were walking in the door thinking we were just looking, to buying a new bed that I loved for my room. She was very helpful with the pricing and had all the information we wanted. We weren’t rushed nor pressured to walk away with anything. Once I found the perfect one after lying down on pretty much all of them, Nera even threw in a few pillows and gave a great price on the bed and sheets.
Buying our new mattress from City Mattress was a pleasant and easy process. Roz was so helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the various options to us and listened to find the perfect mattress for us. We highly recommend City Mattress!

What can I say but, City Mattress is an extraordinary store and has great service. I give it a thumbs up and five stars. The salesperson we had, Barbara Kozlov, was out of this world, the best!
Went to City Mattress in West Boca on Glades Road and worked with Seth W. and he was a wealth of knowledge. Showed us lots of mattress options as we were able to narrow down our search to two options. If you need help deciding I would highly recommend a visit with Seth.
Great experience at City Mattress in Boca, huge credit for our positive experience goes to our sales person Seth Weinstein. Seth was great, listened to our comfort and budget needs and worked to help get us the best mattress possible. We told Seth we were taking a week to think over our options. He respected that and wasn’t overbearing or pressuring at all during that time. Will be sending everyone I know directly to him for any needs!!
Nera in the West Boca store was so helpful and knowledgeable. She listened to my issues and guided me to the best mattress for me within my price range Prana Luxury Classic. The mattress was in stock and was delivered flawlessly within a couple of days. Haven’t slept on it yet but it feels like a dream!
Rosalind greeted us at the door, non pushy. Listened to our wants and needs. Showed us a variety of mattresses, explained all the warranties and was very patient. At the end which literally took 12 min. We bought exactly what we were looking for at a fantastic price. A+ to City Mattress and especially Rosalind
