Can I leave less the 1 star? $2000 on an AirloomHybrid firm mattress on an adjustable platform. It was defective. Replacement is even more defective. Called manufacturer who said they think it wasn't made to go on an adjustable platform. So now what do I do? They have offered me a reselection. What does that mean ?

Great selections. Need to spend time as they have lot of stuff. Ask for Michael. He was great and very helpful. He listens and found what we were looking for. Did not try sell everything. Because of him, the buying became a pleasure. We found what we were looking for for our living room. This is one place we will rely on for our future needs.
