it's 2 o clock and there is only one person working at the window. don't come here if you are in a rush.

These people are slow as hell! I waited 1 hour just to do a withdrawal in drive thru. I asked what was talking so long and the teller replied "we busy". Smh there were only 4 cars in front of me. I called corporate. I even spoke to a service manager and Nobody thanked me for my patience or apologized for the wait time. I'm a teller at a different bank and I know the banking system very well and waiting one hour just to complete my transaction and the customer service that I received was just unacceptable. I understand that it is the 3rd of the month and a lot of people are taking there benefit money out but that doesn't explain or justify that I had to wait one hour. The teller was working with only 2 lanes. Chase needs to step their customer service up. Retrain employees if you have to. Never going through drive up again. And I didn't even make it in time to pay my water bill. #Neveragain.

Horrible bank atms are always out of service and everything is outdated very disappointed with how chase runs this location

They should post that: at this location there isn't 24 hour ATM.. DON'T COME AFTER HOURS.
