Waited five days fo water to be turned on. I was told everyday that the water was on even though I opened valves in the house and nothing came out. Day number five someone shows up and simply opens the valve at the meter now I have water. Something so simple took 5 days to figure out. Must be one person in all of Atlanta turning on and turning off water. WOW!!!!!!

With all of the terrible government agencies in Atlanta- this is Most corrupt and inefficient agency in Atlanta.  They will bill with disregard and have no organization from within.  Nothing good can be said of this organization.... if you think so, you are obviously an employee where you get paid to do nothing.
