I have never experienced such a rude and uneducated person in my life! She treated me like I'm stupid. I was trying to change my last name to my husbands last name and she didn't even want to listen to me! She kept saying that they couldnt do it and kept yelling at me, putting up her hand to shut me up. She didn't even let me speak and explain my issue. She kept insisting that I have to update my immigration papers with USCIS (that have nothing to do with anything, which I tried to explain) , without even looking at the marriage certificate. She just threw it back at me. 
After all I was so upset and pissed that I asked to talk to a different representative regarding my issue. Only after that she started explaining what she did and what I need to do. I was going to write a review on her work right there. 
Really upsetting that internationals get treated like that!
