Polite, well ordered, decent prices for services, friendly clerks and officers. Very knowledgeable, helpful. Wheelchair accessible, plenty of parking, great view, short wait, clean areas and restrooms. Enjoy my short visit with them.

I hate this place. Every time I call to pay my bill. I never get an answer. Today I've called back to back for three hours trying to get thru I've used every option given to try and talk to a person and yet no response at all. This is ridiculous why give the option of paying over the phone and not answer. I've called for three days to say it. And now I'm going to have to pay a late charge because no on there bothers to do part of their job.. if I didn't have to use this utility board I wouldn't ever use it nor would I recommend them to anyone.

The only thing we'll remember about Oak Ridge, TN is the photo enforcement letter they sent us when a camera caught us going a bit too fast on a practically empty four-lane after missing the speed change sign. I suppose we deserved the ticket, but the sudden cold letter in the mail sure left a bad taste. We'll probably stick to the Interstate next time and try to avoid visiting this town all together.
