This council has turned into a joke because of Gary Wysocky.  We need government that handles itself professionally and this is not it. He has no idea of his role as a councilman and considers himself invincible since he was heavily backed by union interests.
Why would he think it is his place to reprimand another council member?  I say it is time to recall or expel him from the council since all he wants to do is put on a stupid show for the public in attendance.  He called Mr. Ours an "ass" and he should look in the mirror and see the real ass.
If this continues as is I can see a complete breakdown in business in the City of Santa Rosa.  I believe that this is the goal of Gary and Julie for the most part to aid the unions in taking over.
Gary's "passion being taken as anger" is just that, anger.  He has always been a hot head and seems to knot be able to control his temper in and out of the council.  Get a grip Gary or get out, because you are tearing the city council apart and it will come back to bite you in the ass.

this used to be a great town now is the most corrupt city government in the United States, the citizens of Santa Rosa have lost faith in there Police Department Sheriff's Department court system and city government. tourist bewear you will get cited pay expensive tickets in this town, the police department loves to pick on tourist and give them bullshit tickets with big expensive fines attached to the tickets
