I've been bringing my corolla and my husband's truck here for our service checks. The past 4-5 times we've gone to drop off our cars, we've waited 20-30 minutes JUST to have someone take our car and check us in.

Last night, we were the third car in line to be checked in. Despite having 20-something employees working, we waited 23 minutes for someone to help us. We were told "I'll be with you in a minute", although it ended up being 16 minutes. I'm normally patient, but the wait time was just ridiculous. This was the final straw - we'll be taking our cars elsewhere going forward.

All the staff is very friendly. I didn't end up buying a new car from here (at least not yet) BUT they still were very helpful; especially the new sales manager James Forteza. Recommend! Thanks.

I took my Prius in for service and it was the nicest experience I have ever had.   They did not try and sell me anything other than the service I was scheduled for, and the waiting area was really nice.  They even washed my car for free.

Lied about invoice price, really dumb about it too. A general jerk. Took me five hours to negotiate price, but I did very well for all that grief.

I've tried to take my prius in for warranty service twice and both times they've failed to acknowledge the problems which I eventually had serviced elsewhere no problem. One of which was a major rear brake failure and they refused to fix it under warranty.

I wish the service department would be more responsive. 

Do not ever take your car in for service here. You can buy but plan to spend the whole day there and be prepared to have a couple beers afterwards to chill yourself out
