Renting a car here has been a really easy and seamless experience.  I love that they will pick you up from home to go pick up (within 5 mile radius), and then they drop you off at home too after you drop off the car.  Every time I have rented here, the prices are super reasonable, the process is fast and easy, and the cars are really nice and serve its purpose.  I would recommend using this location to rent a car.

Rented a cargo van two weeks ago. Overcharged my credit card twice. Took two weeks to get first overcharge reversed, only to realize a second overcharge yesterday. How long, and how many times is it going to take them to get it right? Numerous phone calls and now the process starts all over again. I just wanted to rent a car, not get a headache. They don't seem to know how to handle a simple business transaction. Terrible.

Worst local enterprise office , the new crew are really bad, bad customer service and skills. I used to rent from there all the time and the old people were really nice . I advice everyone to go to San Bruno or the City or Burlingame. Awful awful awful experience. I have rented from that office more than 10 times, but I will never go there again until they change their staff, I wish I would have recorded them with my phone so I can post it on YouTube, so people can see what I experienced and not go there anymore .

I almost exclusively use Enterprise for car rentals and have done so for about 10 years. While their prices aren't always the most competitive their customer service is usually unmatched. The same goes for this location. Very professional and courteous. Got a nice upgrade and was able to drop off at their sister location after hours. Very satisfied.

The representatives at this location are very very nice and give great customer service! The cars are usually well maintained. Every now and then you might get a car that could use a break, but nothing is perfect and doesn't need to be when you have a great team like this Enterprise in Colma has  that always gives great customer service.
