Every time I've rented  a car from Enterprise  rent-a-car. I know that I'm in good hands and don't  have to worry about breaking down or having any mechanical issues. I've Always felt safe. The employees & Managers have treated Me With Respect,I've never encountered any problems, like I've had at other rental car agencies car breaking down ,cars smelling  like smoke not road worthy cars . I'm always going to go with Enterprise rent-a-car.

Great service! Usually a decent selection of cars. The actual car lot is minuscule and can be challenging to maneuver in and out, which  can be a major hassle.

Amazing customer service! Punctual, polite, efficient, and affordable...what else could you ask for? If I'm ever renting a car in Daly City again these guys will always be the first business I visit, period.

Loved the Enterprise team in Daly City! Completely user/customer friendly.I will never rent at the SFO airport again when I can get into Daly City, into a car and out with no hassle.

I particularly appreciate the service at this Enterprise.  They are helpful, courteous and explain special features of the cars, without me asking.  I take public trans to get to their location and they pick me up at the nearest BART station.  i was particularly impressed with Michael, who kept his cool in a challenging situation with a customer and handled it in a dignified manner.
