Providing the best veterinary medical care is our goal. You and your pet won't be just a client for us. We promise to be your sincere family veterinarian. We are pleased to offer more diagnostics and treatment tools that we never had before (only few other clinics carry them) such as: ECG, blood pressure, eye pressure, electrocautery surgical tool, ultrasound and Laser therapy. Your first visit the exam is free, which is a good thing because then you can really make a good decision if it’s going to be a fit. They are reasonable priced and helped me find the right pet insurance for my cat. Thank you City Vet!

Stay clear of this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my dog in due to a limp. The vet took a look at her, realized what was wrong, but then demanded that I bring the dog back the next day, blood work be done (for a sprain???) And x-rays be taken. I told her the bill was pretty high at that point and it was only half the cost of the final bill! She removed the X-ray, knowing she wouldn't need it, but then called me after I had dropped he dog off saying that it was needed. Then literally 2 minutes later, she called me back telling me my dog was fine and ready for pick up. Everything was done and figured out in 2 minutes? Really? It takes a minute just to make a phone call! I ask them how much a rabies shot was and they quoted me as $65 but then charged me $130. They said the rest was for a check up but all they did was stick a thermometer up his butt. Nothing else. They robbed me out of about $300 for charges that were not needed. They tried this before and I went to a different vet but forgot all about it and they caught me this time around. Yes they will help your animal, but they will rob you blind. I advice everyone to stay as far away as possible, there are other vets that can provide the same quality of care without throbbing you.

City Vet took good care of our tuxedo cat for a general checkup and a follow up visit there so far. Friendly staff, nice and courteous doctors, short wait when you arrive, clean facilities. Cannot say enough about the good care given to the cat... The one start instead of 5 is because they misrepresented the cost of the follow up. My cat needed 2 booster vaccines three weeks after the initial set of vaccines. I was specifically told by one of the staff lady the boosters would be included if done within 3 weeks. They were not. I asked the front desk that they should work as a team, be clear on the information, and work on their training. To be clear, I don't mind paying the office whatever price provided I am told upfront. In our first visit it was misrepresented and I would have planned differently. This was either 1) normal practice or 2) a staff not knowing what she's talking about. What is not acceptable to me is being told "we never said that. At least I didn't. Sorry for the inconvenience." It's like I am being told I am the idiot who misunderstood. We'll go there again if the cat has an accident, now that he has a file there, that said City Vet, while we respect what you do for our pets, you need to own it. Regards,

It was my first time going to this clinic with my puppy and I loved it the staff was friendly and the doctor was as well. I also received a call the following day to see how my puppy was doing with the meds which I thought was very thoughtful. Definitely plan on taking my little one there again. Thank you guys
