I was very pleased withe the service that was provided to both my dogs and me. The staff was very pleasant and the tech was excellent with Beau and Sunny both pups were happy to go to the back room with her the second time even after the nail clipping. I am very picky about where I take my pups for their shots and check ups. The Doctor was excellent with my big guy who is full of him self wont's to play all the time and is wound up. The Doctor was great with both pups and I will be going back for anything that my pups need.

My dog went in and got diagnosed with a busted Sylivia gland. She had the recommended surgery and never got better. (It was not life threatening.) She was in the same condition as when she went in. She had a large swollen neck. We spent over a thousand dollars and she died shortly after. Get a second opinion especially when having surgery done. I believe the surgery was not necessary and that she had cancer. We were not refunded and worst of all we lost our beautiful, smart, sweet heart of a girl.

Very friendly staff who honestly care about every animal that comes through the door. I have had to have two dog put down (because of age and severe medical problems) and they offered an environment that was clean an quiet where we were not rushed and had time to morn. They may be a bit on the more expensive end for veterinarians in the St. Cloud area.

Called to get a prescription refilled and they had to have old vet records faxed. Did that, then they wanted my old vet to call and give the okay. Did that and then they said they would not with out bringing my dog in first. Went somewhere else in Saint Joseph MN and they did

Granite City Pet Hospital is top notch! It is always clean, all the staff are friendly and professional. My Brother-in-law recommend them to me when I moved to the area 12 years ago. I've never once regretted making the decision to go to them! I highly recommend them!
