First time having this as I'm from out of town. We ordered delivery it came in a timely fashion. The fries and the chicken sandwich were my favorite parts. The city sauce was a good addition would get it again as a late night snack. Our tenders were a tad spicy i think they may have thrown in the spicy tenders by accident.

Used door dash delivered across the River, worked out great, had it under 30 min. Tenders were great kids ate all of theirs. I had some tossed in a spicy oil w/ BBQ it was great. The tenders may be on the small side for some people but they are lightly breaded and we’re very good. Would love to see one of these in Indianapolis!

I ordered CityBird before and got the spicy chicken, it was pretty good and was confused on the negative reviews here. However, I ordered the Buffalo sandwich today through door dash and very disappointed. Looks slapped together, barely and Buffalo sauce, and none of the ranch is on the sandwich.

This was the Large Pack I received on my pickup order. $15.35 supposed to contain 8 to 9 tenders and I only got 5! Fries at the bottom of the basket were also hard.  You can tell the workers in front don’t like their job. Not sure why they work there but anyways.  They lack customer service skills. They don’t ever greet you. Just ask if you have a pickup. But only after you’ve waited 8 to 10 minutes. I love the food but was so disappointed this time around. City Bird lost a loyal customer tonight.

The food is amazing but 10/10 do not recommend ordering unless your going to order and pick up in person. Almost every time I order on door dash they cancel my order after the dasher has already arrived to get my food. This has ruined my lunch hour on multiple occasions. I don’t know if they need to invest in a better system or what but I won’t be ordering from here for a long while unless I’m picking my food up and ordering in person.

While on a day trip to Cincinnati in December 2020, I had stopped here for a late lunch since it looked really good. They have some really good and spicy tenders! Their fries were a little heavy on the seasoning but it was still really good. Highly recommend you guys check this place out!

I have been to this location on many occasions for a quick meal. Whether I go in person or call to place my order for takeout, the staff is always friendly and fast.  I always gravitate towards either the lemon thyme chicken sandwich or the chicken tenders by themselves, depending on how much carbs I can stand for the day. The cucumber lime fresca is always refreshing and not overly sweet. The parmesan fries are always crisped to perfection. The tenders are always perfectly done, as well. Warning: the lemon thyme dipping sauce is addicting!  The price is very reasonable, the location is convenient, and the food is always well executed. Highly recommend!

Awesome chicken strips and seasoned fries.  The tenders are skinny but very flavorful and juicy.  I loved the Cola BBQ dipping sauce.  I'm so happy the fries came seasoned by default.  Their lemonade is pretty good too

The french fries are well seasoned and crunchy, just how I like them. The chicken could use a better coat of seasoning, they're a bit bland. The City Sauce and Lemon Thyme Ranch sauces were both good! Also, I ordered the 4 piece tender and fry, with 1 sauce for about $9.50. They also gave me a complimentary cup to try the lemonade and that was good. The customer service was great and they were relatable and made good recommendations. I would return for sure.

Wasn’t what I expected. Fries looked good, but tasted as if they were sitting a long time. Chicken was disappointing with different size pieces and not great taste. Don’t know if I actually got the 8 piece I ordered. Sauce was really the only good part. Service was great! The young lady and gentleman were polite and attentive. Food came out fast. Probably won’t be back.
