Awful experience! Took 15+ minutes to get a spicy chicken sandwich combo w/fries and it was still made incorrectly. Tasty sandwich but definitely not worth the wait! Staff was friendly though. Would not recommend this location if you're in a hurry, sorry.

Last night, after I had taken a developmentally disabled lady to Urgent Care, we swung through your drive through.  I have never had a problem with KFC before and grew up eating it. But I will not be back to this location. For one thing, they left out two items that we ordered.  We had to repeat our order several times. Another thing: they handed me my change.  The woman at the drive through was holding our bag of food and kept saying " Excuse me!" I was putting my change in my purse and told her so but she said it several times.  I found that to be very annoying.

Stopped by this KFC to get a chicken pot pie through drive thru. The lady at the window took my card, didn't tell me the amount or offer a receipt. I had to knock on the window to inquire. The pot pie was good with a lot of vegetables but with little to no chicken.Food: 3/5

This has got to be the best kfc ever.i have been to most of the KFC's in this area and most of them are rude, they act like they don't need your business. The kfc on winton went over and above to take care of my wants. I will make this my kfc eventhough I have to drive out of my way of getting here.i didn't get the man's name but he took care of my bbq wing order and now I will buy my regular chicken there.i great clean restaurant. Thank you again.

Sound like the server had a rag in her mouth I had a hard time understanding her the window through the drive-thru was very nasty greasy looking it made me feel like the people that are serving the public is not clean they should work on that and try to keep that clean that's very important when you go to the drive-thru you see nastiness it makes you wonder how they're handling the food I almost left but I'm a patient person maybe they were just having a bad day or maybe it was me they should try a little bit harder with the appearance things by not wearing big gigantic earrings and big claw looking fingernails with different colors on it that also threw me off a little bit it just looked nasty but generally don't complain about stuff like this but it's just just did not feel clean maybe somebody needs to pay a little bit more attention hate to see him lose business over that

Planned for dinner at home by ordering a 12-piece bucket and sides.  The food was good but had to repeat the order twice.  At home while unpacking I discovered I had only been given an 8-piece, and no receipt to be found.  After three attempts to call and getting a recording the voice mail on the mailbox had not been set up, I drove back the 20 minute roundtrip to report the incident.  My order was corrected in a very indifferent manner with barely an apology.  I'll consider using the Colerain location next time.

This location ALWAYS mess up!! Missed items the last two times!! I keep telling my husband stay away from this location. It's close to our home but tonight we are done forgot our corn and biscuits. They seem so careless!! Last time they forgot a item then when I told them they gave me the item with major attitude!! Lol they must hate there job!

I placed an order around noon. I wanted pick up at 6:15pm, but when I sent it, the system changed it to immediate pickup. I called and explained the situation,  but they hung up on me. I called back and confirmed pickup at 6:15. I arrived at 6:25, but there was no order for me. The manager remembered I had called, but could not remember the order, so they didn't have it ready. 25 minutes later I walked out to my car, checked the order and had to walk back in to ask for another side, gravy and plates - which they forgot to put in the bag. Never again will I stop at this particular establishment.  You shouldn't either...

This is one of the fastest KFCs I've ever been to my only problem is they never give you a receiptFood: 4/5
