I did an online order. When I got there. I had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking. I ordered a big box with two breast and wing mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. I did not get my wing and the gravy.was old. The chicken was burnt.Food: 1/5

Placed order online went through drive thru to pick up and was told "come inside" went in waited more than 5 minutes for food. Items were just shoved into the bags both buckets lids were off, one gravy was not completely closed and leaked out, asked for extra crispy and over half was original recipe all of it was doughy and the biscuits still had raw dough when we tore them apart. For paying nearly $60 I expected a much better meal. Purchased a 16 piece family meal and 5 pieces were eaten. Some did not even eat the chicken.

Horrible experience. DO NOT COME HERE! A lady barely that said she could not change a side on a three piece order which was incorrect and then proceeded to be very rude and picked out the worst chicken that I have ever seen. This KFC and its workers are incompetent so please do not waste your time here!Food: 1/5

The lady in the drive thru at night wouldn't add on a drink for me even though she rushed me through my meal  selection lol... She never asked if I needed anything else. You would think kfc would want more money When. When I pulled up to the window and told her I needed a drink she told me she was too busy to add it. As a retail manager at leftys who deals with 100s of customers on a daily basis, I couldn't believe the service. She was rude over the intercom and was rushing her self way too bad. The store wasn't that busy and I didn't take up any of her time I had my order ready when pulled up. I honestly don't want to return after this.  The food was dry and sub par as well.

What is going on?  I have to run the register kiosk to place my order!  What is happening to customer service?   A restaurant that’s self checkout is crazy,   using the drive thru was not an option either!  It is bad enough that a 12 piece meal is almost $50, then I have to ring it up myself.  What’s next, am I going to have to pack it up myself also?  Very disappointing!

My food was over cook and some of the sides had didn’t seem to be full sides. I paid 32 dill yesterday for my meal. I used door dash. Door dash wasn’t the problem it was the food they sent to me was horribleFood: 1/5

Rude children working there. Should never be in customer service. Tried placing and order at the drive thru for 2 family buckets and young lady working at the drive thru was so rude I left without finishing placing my order.Food: 3/5

Soggy chicken, 45$ and half the food is missing.LG sides only filled with 2 tablespoons each. Staff was rude. Not even going to go back and ask for the missing food. If I could give zero stars  I wouldFood: 1/5

Employees are friendly and manager is awesome. GM is the best guy ever. Only flaw I can think of or see is the place is dirty. Needs deep cleaning.Food: 4/5

Was at drive thru at 6:55 p.m. and was told the drive thru was currently closed, no reason given. There were 2 cars sitting at the drive thru windiw. I was told that I could come inside and order at the kiosk but there would be a wait! That defeats the whole purpose of a drive thruService: 1/5
