We should have this bike shop on speed dial.  I could not find my helmet so dashed over and had my choice of helmets in record time.  A week later when I loaded my bike onto the rack, the front wheel did a 180.  I called and stopped by.  Craig took the wheel off, undid the brakes, spun the wheel, put it back together and we were off in less than 10 minutes with no charge.  Since Craig's favorite ice-cream is chocolate chip cookie dough, I dropped some off and while I was there bought a bike for the hubby.  I had wanted a custom bike for his height and long torso but Craig convinced me that there was a better option on hand.  This is a fabulous shop: totally professional, knowledgeable, and helpful beyond measure.  I am so glad they are located in Harvard.  CK BIKES rock.

Just got back from a ride today when I had a slow leak. Stopped at the Harvard store to get some soda. As I was about to leave and race the slow leak home, while hand pumping every once and a while, a nice man that works at CK Bikes said he had a floor pump I could borrow. I was thrilled and changed the tube, but pinched my new tube. I only had $3 on me and asked if he had some packing tape or a patch I could use. He gave me a new tube instead and wouldn't take my $3. Great guy! Kindness like that seems quite rare these days. I'm happy I discovered this shop, I will definitely be back to spend some money in the future.

I went to this store yesterday after seeing 35+ 5-star reviews. Craig is truly awesome. A very friendly and competent bike enthusiast. He was very patient with us, helped me choose a bike for my wife and myself....all the while giving us tips on bike maintenance etc. While we were there we also noticed his desire to help local charitable causes etc. It was a pleasure to have met him and i'm sure we will keep going there. HIGHLY recommended. Look no further. You will know that Craig wants to help you more than anything else.

Today was my first visit to CK Bikes and it definitely won't be my last. I snapped my derailleur cable on my ride this morning and was looking for a quick, local fix. I called Craig and he assured me he could take care of my bike today. So I swung by and figured I'd have to drop it off - no, Craig insisted he could fix it right on the spot. Twenty minutes later, he changed out both my derailleur cables and fixed a brake issue I hadn't even noticed. Totally impressed! I would definitely return to Craig's shop for service.

I've been going to Craig for several months now and he's a great mechanic, gets you the bike back fast and when he says he will, and reasonably priced. What a difference from the big shops! He knows how to fix and adjust di2 and disc brakes too. Great guy and a great shop!
