Only take classes with Anthony! He actually has technique and rhythm in his workouts. If you want cardio then take any other class. He is a gem at this location that helps this place surpass Philly! Hoping for more technical and actual kickboxing classes so that i don't injure​ myself punching a bag like other "kickboxing" gyms. Strength & Endurance!

For years, I’ve been trying to get in shape by signing up for different gyms and trying to workout at home, but nothing compares to the AMAZING workout I’ve received from CKO Cherry Hill. My friend and I were looking for something different so we bought the six class groupon for this location and fell in love. Each class is different as well as the instructor and their style which keeps you on your toes in the best way. Our favorite instructor was Dana, she inspired us to work harder and push ourselves every class, as well as keeping us entertained. I felt so much healthier after these classes and could see result after just one. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout. They did not treat us any different using the groupon, they welcomed us with open arms each class. We would have totally signed up for the membership after our classes, but unfortunately it was a bit out of our price range.

After trying different workout and kickboxing places, I joined CKO because their class was truly the best in sculpting my body and making it FUN! CKO uses real bags which work better to tone u as opposed to the water bags that most places use. Each instructor doesn't care if you are advanced or just starting, they make the class exciting and a true workout for everyone. Each class is different so you never get bored. The staff is very non judgemental and friendly. They truly just wants you to enjoy each workout! Just going for a week I already see changes in my body and my strength. Everyday I look forward to my workout at CKO instead of dreading going to the gym for the same routine over and over. Best decision to join not only for my body but my mind as well!

Unfair cancelation policy. $250 to cancel as they continue to take money out of your account and then send you to collection.   The limited class schedule is not very accommodating ....Bad decision.

CKO is an AMAZING place to workout. The workouts are always different class to class so you never get bored of your workout, and each instructor has their own personality which makes each class fun and exciting. All of the instructors are friendly and willing to help you with your technique, whether you are a beginner or experienced. I joined immediately after my trial class and am so happy with my decision, I could not have made a better choice for an intense full body/cardio workout!
