DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER HERE. They make it impossible for you to stop your membership so you can stop paying them. You can't cancel your membership over the phone. You can't cancel your membership online. You can't cancel your membership in the store. You can't cancel your membership in the store during their certain "cancellation hours". No, you must quit (1) in person (2) during cancellation hours [which are during work hours, so if you are employed good luck], and (3) when the "membership canceling officer" happens to be there. No, not just any of the employees can cancel your membership, they have to have been trained in how to push those particular buttons. What this is is a scam. They are hurdles intended to screw you out of your money, plain and simple--don't pretend they are anything else. What happened in my instance is that I managed to comply with all of their stipulations, and deleted MY membership, but because my fiancee was not with me IN PERSON, even though the account is paid for by me, they didn't cancel hers. So now, they have continued to charge me for hers. And I am begging them to stop billing me, I don't even live there anymore, but they have the least helpful customer service on the planet. The customer service is so terrible because they are designed that way. The business wants to create as many hurdles leaving as they can, so they can keep scamming me and taking my money. So what I have to do is (1) send a formal request letter (2) through the certified mail (3) with the amount that I owe (4) plus an additional 2 months So maybe, one day, I can finally stop paying this stupid gym. The gym wraps themselves in their contract and say, "but you signed it", and I get it-Yes, Retro Shitness, it was a mistake to ever sign a contract with you. It is something I wish I had never done, you got me. Now I just hope no one else makes that stupid, stupid mistake again.

If you want something you have to pry it out of them. I asked to tour the gym. I was then walked about 10 feet into the gym, shown 1 room and that concluded the whole tour... she basically ran back to her spot in the front. My inquiry was not taken seriously, I did not feel welcome. The staff seems to care less whether you sign up or not. I asked to see a contract to see what I was getting into, and they did not provide it. I honestly would not have minded paying for the membership had it not been for the horribly customer service I was treated with. I urge anyone to stay away until they take action to improve. Clearly I'm not the only one who feels this way. As someone who works retail, i've been to gas stations with better service than this place.

No updates on equipment for the last 5 years. If you want a no frills gym, this is your place.

If you just wanna get in and get out with your training you found a place , Long term effects ...not so much . No room for anything , always bumping into people . This place needs some improvement

Join another gym!! After being a member for over a year they treat you like don't exist. Low class gym with low class management. Located on a empty parking lot in cherry hill. No lights at night on the parking lot. Very empty this place gives you no motivation. No gym amenties, just some cheap weights. No pool, low class bathroom and fake locker room.
