I went in with the intention to join on the spot. First they gave me a $300 voucher that was "ONLY VALID TODAY." A manager then gave me a tour, complete with an obviously rehearsed sales pitch that took forever. He bragged about things that didn't matter to me (I don't need to rub shoulders with any pro athletes to get a good workout), didn't really answer my questions (after he repeatedly told me they limit their membership, he skirted the question when I asked how many members they accept), and talked in such a way as to make a person feel that you aren't serious about your health or are lazy if you aren't ready to sign up right away. Then came the discussion of payment options, where basically you pay less each month if you put up an astronomical fee up front. I felt so pressured by the thought of having to make a financial decision on the spot that I simply walked out. They did give me a 3 day pass, with the understanding that I would have to pay regular (i.e. No $300 discount) prices if I sign up later. I was left with such a distaste from the manipulative high pressure sales pitch that I didn't even return to use my pass. It's a shame because it's close to my house and seemed to have very nice and up to date amenities (although the pool is only 3 lanes and 4ft deep everywhere).

I've been working out there since 2008. Love the variety of classes and the instructors are very helpful and they know what they're doing when it comes to fitness and nutrition! I especially like the spin classes as they start early enough to go before work. I don't have the time to work out at night so morning are great!

My son loves the family swim time. One of the reasons I have remained a member with the hours and travel I been doing. Wish the gym still had family swim at the Cherry Hill location. Have to go to Medford or Mt Holly instead

I haven't officially started attending; however yesterday I went to the facility with a Groupon voucher for a month access. The desk clerks were extremely friendly, however the General Manager who was assigned to give me details about the gym was very short with me, rude. After he expressed the benefits from utilizing the $300 off voucher (re-opening deal), I expressed to him I was only interested in doing the Groupon for the fitness group classes because I had a gym at my apartment complex. His demeanor and tone totally changed and told me to fill out the paperwork and basically sent me back to the desk clerks without giving me a tour or explaining anything to me. I asked the desk clerk was I going to get a tour, so he had to call the General Manager back to the front desk to tell him to take me on a tour of the gym. Though I did not want a contract or full membership, it is only polite and courteous to show someone (who may have been interested later in getting a membership) the layout of the facility. As of now, I will only be completing the Groupon voucher due to poor customer service from the general manager.

This is located in Cherry Hill NJ. It not clean gym and smells nasty. I am glad did not sign up for the membership...
