Service was good, however the server did forget to mention they made big changes to the food on their menu until we received our food and we could see it was different. They no longer serve the thin shoestring style of French frys they are now steakhouse style. The chicken strips are different more likely they now come in to the restaurant frozen instead of being breaded at the restaurant. Not sure if they really did used to bread the chicken there or not but it sure used to taste and have the texture like they did. Overall it was still pretty decent food. We did like the bread they served at the beginning better than the original type of bread.

The food was good but not great. The portions were very large especially for the lunch serving. Be careful ordering the chocolate cake. It is HUGE! The service was fast and for being fairly crowded, it was quiet.

Remember when they built this place? The beautiful decorations, the huge chocolate cake, the massive rotisserie you could watch your dinner being made. I finally went back after oh about 15 years. The first thought was, how does this place stay open? Then I looked at the menu. With those prices a few weeks of a full dining room could pay the staff for years. Expensive! Poor poor quality of food. I had a steak, which I usually save for maybe a once a month celebration and it would turn out to be the worst decision of the month. Tough. Over cooked and hardly spiced. I gave this a 2 star because on the bright side our waitress who'd named escapes me, was down right awesome, witty and very personable. My suggestion.. go to Joe's acrossed the street.

his was by far the WORST experience I’ve had at a restaurant in Arizona. The customer service was horrible. I stood in the waiting area to get seated while Three workers walked directly past me and didn’t even have the kindness to warn me that it would be a couple of minutes. Instead they stood behind the counter & talked. I waited 20 minutes MIND YOU, no one else was waiting to get seated it was not busy at all & I was holding my child. After all the horrible customer service my son & I both threw up after leaving & have food poisoning. I’ve came here before and it was great. But this was the worst experience I’ve had with any restaurant down here. I absolutely will never eat here Again and would not recommend it to any one. The new staff is horrible, if I could rate ZERO. I would

Another fabulous dinner at Claim Jumpers Deon our server was awesome! He took great care of us and management stepped up as well. Had a tiny issue and they went above and beyond to make it right cementing Claim Jumpers as one of our top five favorite restaurants in Phoenix! The management here needs to go across the street to Joe's Crab Shack and train them on customer service..
