I am giving this place 3 stars only because of the view and the great waitress. If I would be giving it a review for food quality it would be a one star. I realize that this is not a fine dining experience but the food quality was very poor. Fish and Chips were extremely greasy with soggy fries; worst I have had in many years; fat probably not hot enough. All 3 of us agreed. The fourth person had fish tacos and they were almost as bad. I know that it was Saturday night but I am sure that you can do much better. You are off my list. Next time we will probably try the place next door.

Nice neighborhood restaurant, with good environment and low prices on both food and drinks. We went on a Wednesday night and it was very busy. The server was attentive, and helpful, and despite the rush everything came out to us in a reasonable amount of time. That being said, don't treat this place like a fine dining restaurant. It is a great neighborhood bar, outdoors exposed to wind/weather, with a small kitchen and few staff.

First time here for mothers day 2018. Took my girlfriend on recommendations for pier 54. Ordered food and bottomless mimosas. Food was southwest chicken and grilled cheese with bacon and avocado. Grilled cheese was great. Mine the chicken was beyond dry and could not eat it. If you like chicken yoy know what I'm talking about. So I did not eat it and asked if they could make amother grilled cheese the same way to go cause we had plans. They said OK. Well got home to a basically cheese less piece of bread. Wish o could put pictures. This place is highly recommended for the drink specials and the view of the water so was super excited to take my girl for mothers day. Young crowd working the place which is fine but when you mess up make things rite. I don't write reviews but really not happy with this place .Emailed them and will be bringing back my bread to make a point. I like they only respond to positive comments. Why not try to address the issues at hand and grow. I understand some people are just never happy but this was absurd and you weren't even busy.

I have been here a number of times with a group from work. On most occasions the atmosphere is friendly and the patrons good natured. We were let down this time by a server who practically forgot about us. Others seemed to get drinks and food while we wallowed in obscurity. I've given 3 stars, because of the previous visits and the enjoyable times had on those occasions. Honestly though, this place could be so much more.

Honestly, I would give this place 5 stars however, when I was there some weird guy in sunglasses that sat across the bar kept dogging me out. Then I found out, I was in his seat! he was a regular. So some of the regulars seem to not be friendly, but over all everyone else was. And the bartender was great! Try the Crab Cakes! yum!
