The people in the office hardly ever answer the phone during their office hours. When you leave a message (because it's all you can do), they don't call you back even up to three days later. I called to ask why we hadn't received a call back, and I was met with a rude "well I haven't gotten to it yet," without so much as an apology. Expensive for not having updated appliances or a clubhouse, pool, and exercise room.

I have lived here for 3 years and can't wait to move out. Management is the worst I have ever seen!!! Kathi has NO people skills what so ever and always has an attitude as if you are bothering her!!! All the long time staff left at the begining of the year just to get away from her!! Maintenence is GREAT. The guys are really prompt and very nice. The grounds are never kept up and always look like crap!! The whole complex is over run with kids who are not supervised. They run around in the streets and tear everything up!! I have had my car broken into by teenagers and a window broken by an unsupervised child. The kids run through the complex at all hours of the night and steal things off your porch and back patio. This place is crawling with illegals and drugs. And even though there are speed bumps the neighbors always speed through making it unsafe for kids. There isn't much of a yard and the playground is always dirty and covered in kids that are mean and ruin everything. Its a horrible place to live and I can't wait till my lease is up. I do not recomend this place for anyone unless you are a parent who doesn't watch your kids or an illegal alien or a drug addict.
