POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. Clark Plumbing was assigned as the service provider for my water heater on 1/11 by HMS, my home warranty company. I called Clark on 1/12 and spoke to Shawn. He said they couldn't get anyone out before 1/15. An appointment was set on that day at 8:30 am. On 1/15, the repairman didn't arrive until 10:40 am. It was determined that I needed a new assembly, and Clark would contact HMS for approval. Once approved, Clark would call me back to schedule the installation appointment. THEY NEVER CALLED HMS. HMS and I have contacted Clark repeatedly and haven't received a response from them in over a week.

Great company! My AC went out at 10:00 in the morning and they had it running by 1:00 in the afternoon. It was a great experience and couldn't have asked for better service. The plumber showed up on time and was very nice. After the job was done, he did a great job cleaning up after himself. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would refer them to anybody in need of a plumber.

I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with Clark Plumbing's performance. They were knowledgeable, timely, and extremely professional from the moment they answered my call all the way through my plumbing issue being resolved. I would suggest Clark Plumbing to anybody....
