Our kitchen sink began not draining shortly after my father passed away... I had a plumber come take a look, but he never showed up to do work. I decided to give PLUMBING 911 a call and they answered right away... The lady said a plumber would arrive 1-2 hours later, he showed up within 1 hour. John arrived and was very kind and informative. He did the work and fixed our issue in no time. He made the experience very comfortable! John sets the bar high for all plumbers!! I'm sure I could have saved a few dollars if we price shopped, but I will say that you get what you pay for. They showed up fast and did a great job! Thank you so much!

We called at 10:15pm. They were told the problem was in our only bathroom in the house and the temps are in the single digits. The answering service said we would get a call, but it never came. For a 24hr service, this is incredibly poor customer service. We had to call in a family member from over an hour away in the morning with a toilet auger in order to have a working toilet and get ready for work. Even a call just to let us know when the ETA was would have alleviated some of our aggravation. Instead, we got nothing.

From start to finish, they were great to work with. Shane was the plumber that came to the house and he was professional, personable, thorough, and took the time to explain things to me. I was given options and the pro's/con's of each. I'd priced other services and they seemed to offer the best value overall. To me, this is exactly how this type of business should be run. I'm hoping that I don't have to call them anytime soon...but I have no problems recommending them to everyone else.

Called 7:30pm for a sewage-flooded bathroom, due to a clogged/backed-up main sewer line. It's our ONLY bathroom and the water went out into the hall. First the answering service had no idea what time I might get a call, or whether they took credit cards. Then I got a call back saying that they couldn't come out til 2pm the next day. Maybe you should change your name from Plumbing911 to PlumbingWheneverWeFeelLikeIt ?
