I was referred to this company by a friend. I wish I could review the service but unfortunately the technician never made it out to the house. Scheduled for 8a-830a this morning. When I called at 9:30a, I was told the tech who was scheduled called off and they put us on someone else's schedule and was to arrive between 10a and noon. As of 2:35p the technician still hadn't shown, so I called another company and cancelled my appointment with Correct. I know that things happen and this is no reflection of their quality of work but customer service and open lines of communication go a long way. Maybe just some constructive criticism here would be that communicating with customers to keep them abreast to scheduling issues/conflicts is always the best way to handle unforeseen circumstances.

This was a couple years ago but I just found the receipt and it brought back my terrible experience with this company. The man’s name was Jeff. They came and snaked the main sewer drain that had backed up. He then proceeded to give me a very accusatory and unprofessional lecture about flushing tampons down the toilet, which I had not done (we only just moved in a couple weeks beforehand). I was so shocked I didn’t know what to say so just signed the paper and let them leave. While educating customers is important there’s no need to act childish and shameful about female sanitary practices. It was like he was disgusted that he had to clean this up. I can understand that but something you should probably keep to yourself. It’s important to treat customers with more professionalism especially when you’re coming into their homes.

Got an estimate and wanted them to do work to my home.  Called on a Friday, they said they would call me next week to schedule.  Waited next week and didnt hear by wednesday.   They said the guy had to look over the estimates and they would call the next week.  Didnt hear from them so I called on Wednesday and they said they had alot of people quit so they would call me next week.  Waited til wednesday the following week to call and they said the guy hadnt looked at the estimates yet.  Told her its been too long.  She said they would call next week.  I went with a different company.

I had a great experience with Correct Plumbing this past week.  My basement had flooded, and the city (Cuyahoga Falls) had to turn off the water to my home.  The Water Dept. of Cuyahoga Falls recommended three plumbing/drain contractors they work with often.  Correct Plumbing (specifically Alan) was first to respond, and to come out to my house to determine what service was necessary.  Alan was prompt, efficient and scheduled the service (installed 3/4" copper water service from curb box to house and also installed new shut-off valve in the basement.)  The team of Alan, Dave, Brandon & Rodney arrived as scheduled,  were polite and task-oriented.  They completed the job efficiently, and cleaned up when finished.  I also appreciate the estimate given by Alan was the total amount at the completion of the job.  The amount charged was very reasonable.  
Lisa and Diana were also great to work with in scheduling & intake.  
A Huge Thank-You to everyone at Correct Plumbing for handling my job in a very professional manner.
