Great experience. I was dealing with issues through progressive 800 number. The local agent scott helped me get it all figured out and even lowered my rates. Living on the Tennessee side of post but having the Kentucky post address made things difficult but Scott helped me through it all.  Very helpful and very friendly would recommend to pay Him a visit.

We have been customers of CIA for over 20 years. They take care of our entire portfolio of hotels in addition to our home, auto, and life insurance needs.  Andrew and Dinah take pride in their business and their effort is demonstrated by our customer satisfaction. The amount of work it takes with our varying needs is relentless and the folks at CIA constantly take care of us and are very responsive. It also helps that Andrew is knowledgeable in the hotel industry and knows the stipulations for the varying franchises and their liability requirements. He has been able to increase his company base which has been beneficial in ensuring we are appropriately insured at a competitive price. Thank you CIA for all that you do!

You CANNOT find customer service like this elsewhere.  They always find us the lowest premiums and the best coverage.  I feel completely protected and I can rest easy knowing they will take care of us.  They are extremely  knowledgeable and work round the clock to help with anything they can.  Andrew drives from Clarksville to us!  What other agent will come to your front door??!

The experience we have had with Dale Ashlock has been outstanding and very professional. He has been able to answer all questions and concerns we have had with opening our new policy.  And has also been able to help us save money! Thank you Dale for all your hard work and going the extra mile!
