I operate the Chocolate Tour of Scottsdale and noticed the red velvet twinkies were almost always sold out.  Last week I tried one for the first time and was AMAZED!  These are so delicious; the perfect balance of sweet and soft without overwhelming the senses with sugar.  I divided one with two of my Aunts and they demanded more!  The next day I drove back to the store and bought the remaining five from the bakery case and we all lived happily ever after :)

I live in California and needed a cake for my sister’s 50th birthday who lives outside of Scottsdale.  I thought it would be fun to somehow showcase my sister’s pet potbellied pig, Mabel.  Ella worked with me to come up with a solution.  After sending her some pictures, Ella created the most amazingly accurate model of Mabel!  We put it on top of a fabulous cake from Ella.  My sister was speechless! She will be able to have this wonderful keepsake indefinitely.  Thank you, Ella for your idea and talent!

We had a small destination wedding in Scottsdale and needed a smaller but elegant cake.  As you can see - it was perfect.  Ella helped me choose the types of cake and made great suggestions on size and the look.  And it wasn't just beautiful, it was delicious as well.  Our guests raved.  Ella was a pleasure to work with.
