Story

Classic Design + Build is an architect led company serving, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the District of Columbia. Our services include Architecture and Construction for Custom Homes, Remodeling, Additions, and Commercial Projects. Our services are "Turn Key" and include initial architecture design through permits and construction. Our professional designs are driven by the needs and requirements of our clients, and have ranged from traditional to contemporary.

Classic is a small company providing personalized service while affiliated with a larger, commercial company. Classic Design + Build, The Saba Group Inc., and David J. Kacar, AIA Architect have collaborated on numerous projects for over 25 years. This long term relationship has produced many successful commercial projects for our clients. One of the key advantages of our Design + Build System over conventional architects or contractors is that we are able to expedite projects for our clients. We understand the governmental review process, building codes, land development, construction, and project financing. We have designed and built thousands of square feet of professional office spaces, medical offices, retail centers, banks, church halls, and multi-family housing.
