Had an issue with my kitchen sink clogged  the day after Thanksgiving. Technician Doug from Jerry's Plumbing came out pretty quickly after I called. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our problem. Communicated everything before he actually did it, and looked for cheaper alternatives first to help us out before other avenues. We will be using and recommending them in the future. Thanks Jerry's Plumbing.

I called Jerry's Plumbing due to my A/C not working. And Jerry's sent a tech out within an hour. My hvac system was very old and the tech explained to me everything he could do to get it up and running then explained to me the benefits of replacing with a new energy efficient unit. After a detailed estimate I decided to get a new unit and they went and got it that same day and installed so I had cool air by the evening. Great service I will call them for all my plumbing and hvac needs.

Call this company to inspect the  plumbing of a kitchen sink that was installed  a couple of years ago without a permit. I need it to be inspected for it to pass county inspection. The plumbing was connected to the laundry area that was directly behind it, and had easy work access. Jerry quoted me $1200.00 just to cut open the small area so the inspector could see the work, and also send a tech to be here when the inspector arrives. What a reap off!!

I admittedly was not please at first Not because of the service, the service was completed in a timely fashion. I was upset of clear communication on what was owed.  I voiced my concern through a review.  Well Kristy called me to see what the issue was. She started the conversation with, how can we keep you as customer and help resolve this issue.  I explained to her the situation. She made me feel that this Small Business truly values their clients.  Thanks Kristy for reaching out to me, as a small business man myself, I understand the need for trying to please the customer.  Thanks and I will definitely recommend and use Jerrys Plumbing and Heating in the future.  Thanks again your friends at 7th/1 Lawn Care.

My experience with Jerry's was outstanding from the first call until they were leaving my daughter's house at 10:15pm.  My daughter lost water due to a faulty pump in her well on Friday night.  After dealing with her warranty company for three days and could not find a plumber that deals with wells on their list, we were finally told to contact a local plumber that deals with wells. I called Jerry's and was told they could help and that my window would be from 10am until 2pm for service, but someone would e  be there around 10:30am.  At 10:30am Tommy and his helper showed up and assessed that the pump was bad as well as the pressure tank and that both would need to be replaced.  I then had to call the warranty company to place the claim which took some time.  I was able to call Jerry's back after 12:30pm thinking it would get serviced the following day, but I was told that they would be out that evening after 6pm to fix all of it.  A crew showed up (including Jerry the owner) to replace the pump and the tank.  They were all very courteous and professional.  My daughter and I will definitely choose them again.  Also Christy in the office was so helpful and friendly.
