I purchased a fairly large walk-in closet system. The designer, Suzanne, was great and very accommodating. Her proposal and one update truly maximized the available space and an odd angled wall. The whole process was pleasant, speedy, efficient, and very affordable in comparison with other similar companies.

We worked with Dawn at Closet Factory to redo our master bedroom walk in closet.  She was great in maximizing the space while also making it look great.  We are so happy with the finished product that we plan to use them again for our mudroom.

We had terrible experience with the Closet Factory.  They are totally nonprofessional - from the designer to the company management.  Don't waste your money and energy.  You are better off hiring a carpenter and build your book shelves (or other shelving systems) exactly the way you want with real wood and less money.  Closet Factory is a scam - they take your money and lie (in the contract) about what they will do, and can not deliver.   Unfortunately, we had to learn it the hard way.

March 23,2012 Closet Factory installed and designed our closets, after calling and getting their rep. Cassie, who is the best, 5 Stars to her, she asked questions, things we never would have thought of, she asked the question no one ever wants to talk about is price. After discussing our budget, she matched our closets with our hardwood floors Perfect, and so, so Beautiful.
