They do not clean their equipment, after going there my daughters nails ended up getting a fungus. They wouldn't do anything about it or give us our money back. Worst customer service ever.

I scheduled an appt. for 5/23/16. I arrived a few minutes early. A walk in was taken back immediately. I was given a chair and was invited to place my feet in a hot tub of water. After more than 20 minutes of waiting, with no one saying anything and the technician who was recommended to me only halfway thru with another client, I asked for a towel, dried myself off and walked out. I will not be back and will not recommend ever.

Passing through town, I stopped for a mani-pedi. Upon entering, one nail tech was standing at the counter but did not even acknowledge me as I signed in. She then returned to ending a pedicure. Another nail tech walked by to get something from the front...still not even a "hello" or "what do you need today?"  Fifteen minutes later...still not even an acknowledgement that I had entered the store. Finally, I scratched my name off the sign-in sheet and left. It was not until I was opening the door to leave that anyone even noticed I was there...even though I was obviously in plain sight the entire time. Horrible customer service!!
