The only place I go. Linda and Kay are a godsend and so amazing at their craft. A little pricey and be prepared to wait but they are so worth it!!!

WARNING....IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! The techs in there are extremely rude, i wen there on a Saturday bc my normal shop was closed. I inquired about a price for lashes bc clearly in the photo they have posted shows a price sheet..they were extremely over priced and when i mentioned how much i normally pay and where i go she said I was a liar and she new the place and the owner well..so i called the shop on speaker phone and they quoted me the price she said i was lying about...completely unprofessional and they were rough with my nails and they looked terrible. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE..SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!

Well since this business doesn't have a website or Facebook page, I'll just put this up here for everyone so no one makes the same mistake my friend and I did. We went to get our nails done Saturday morning, and the place we normally go to was packed so we decided to try somewhere new. We went to Kay's Nails, over in the strip behind Walgreens in Canal Winchester. I've never had such a bad experience at a nail salon in my life, and I'm really normally not one to cause a fuss over something like this, I'd normally just let it go. When we walked in, we were immediately sat in chairs and started getting worked on. The woman, who I'm assuming is the owner Kay, was working on my friend. Another customer walked in and said she needed to be somewhere at 11, so in the middle of Kay doing my friends nails, she looked at her and asked if she could do the other woman since she had somewhere to be. That in itself is absurd to me. After our nails were done and we were driving home, we were looking at them and they looked TERRIBLE. I got gel nail paint, and it looked lumpy, and there were spots with no polish, some polish went from my nail onto my skin. I called in and talked to the woman, Kay, and told her I'd like my money back because I wasn't satisfied with the way my nails looked. She argued on the phone with me that this was "customer service" and I couldn't give them back an hour of their time for my nails. She continually interrupted me and raised her voice to mask my speaking. They said I could come in to have them redone, but they would not be giving me my money back. Why would I want to go somewhere to have them redone when it wasn't done right in the first place? Worst experience hands down I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend that no one give them any of their business.

Ok, so I normally go to another nail shop called vivi nails off of gender road but this particular day they were really crowded and there were like 7 people ahead of me, so I didn't have time to wait. So I came to this place and it was the owner who was the only one there to do everyone's nails. So she started doing my nails and was super ruff with drill machine And was just rushing!! Then I asked if she could file down some of my nails on my left hand to be a little more even with my right hand, so she uses the drill on my left hand to file the nails down, be it my nail shape is the coffin style. So now the nails on my left hand are perfect square at the tips so you would think she would make the right hand look like that as well.... but she didn't! So I was missing a nail on my right hand and she puts a new one on and shapes it up and makes it look round!!! I'm like can you make it look like the other nails please and she says they're not going to look exactly alike..,. Ummm? Ma'am this is a round nail and the others are square. Why can't you do it like the rest?!!! Her own son who was visiting for that day said "mom you know you can shape the nail like the others you've been doing this for years"and she just ignored him And she ignores me and tells me To go wash my hands so I can get my polish done. I said no my nail needs fixed and I'm not leaving with my nails looking like this! She comes back to the table. Picks up the nail file and hands it to me and tells me to do it myself since I have such a problem with it!!! I couldn't believe it! I said really? You really couldn't do this yourself?! Smh she pissed me off and the fact that she wants people to pay her high price for her half a$$ work is terrible. Oh wait then I get gel nail and she slobs the polish on my nail and my middle finger looks like a lava lamp just wiggley lol and ugly!!!! And I have little holes in my nails and it's just ugly.  I will never go back to her rude self ever!!! Then I had to pay fourty something dollars just for a balance and a gel smh she's too pricey for her in the basement nail job!!!
