I went there and got the most awesome manicure. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I've been to many nail places but this one is by far the best!

Not sure when you got your nails done, but if it was last month, Mac's wife and 5 year old son were killed in a car accident. Maybe your experience was due to them having help that they don't normally have? At any rate, I have gone to Mack for years, and I would never trust anyone else to do my nails. If you were so unhappy with your nails the very next day, you should have gone back. They would have made it right. Nails do not normally lift or chip the same week that you get them done.
