I love this store. I buy all of my cat and dog food, toys, treats etc at this store. The staff is excellent.  They have the buy 12 get one free dog food program.

Decided to check this pet store out as it's close to our house...when we walked in the workers were nice asked the typical questions, what we were looking for, if we needed help ect. But we were just looking around. We ended up ordering 3 fish from them and picked them up a few days later, not even 2 days later we had to bring one of the fish back because it was dying...no big deal I understand things happen, so I proceed to take it back and the workers were so rude about it i couldn't believe how they acted, as if I was bothersome to them. The lady who helped me finally said "well I guess I can order you a new one" I said that would be great thank you very much! A week later we have yet another dying almost dead fish!! They are not cheap fish and we've never had a problem with these fish before! I'm not even bothering to go back just to get talked down to and given another dying fish.

It was nothing but awesome customer service. I described I wants and needs for my puppy. Prices are cheaper where I was going. Will definitely be coming back.

Love their staff!! Always very willing to help with any recommendations. They are a great local company and I always try to shop here over the big chain stores. They truly care about their clients, and have a true passion for animals.

Just went here with my friend. The employees ignored us and never said a word to us. Not even hello. Also the chinchilla cage is small for 2 animals.
