RATING>I only chose one because it's the lowest rating. In my recent experience with this dealership my overall opinion is that they are "TRASH!!! A message to all consumers...If you have any thought about dealing with them "DON'T!!" They are UNPROFESSIONAL and have no idea what customer service is. They sold my friend a lemon! She only had the vehicle 4 months when it started having problems after two months she called them and she was given the run around,  she hasn't been able to drive for a month, which caused her to lose her job! So I took her to the dealership to get some answers, I had to go off on the people just to get help. Then they picked up her car the same day (without the key) to take it to the auto repair shop without calling her(like they agreed to) ,Then she received a call from another tow company asking where the car is? She informed them it was picked up. After dropping off the key two weeks ago she, her husband, and I have called daily and get no answers, the last two days we have tried calling, and they don't answer or they leave us on hold until the phone hangs up. This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!!! I hope that someone reading this is saved  from this torture that my friend and her husband are experiencing.  BTW they still have no car!!!

Terrible Customer service, I tried to call in about 9 times and 3 times someone answered and automatically hung up on me as soon as I started talking. "New Sales Team" is SO RUDE

They have the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE  EVER!!  They don't clean your vehicle,  leave it a mess. The bad attitudes must come from the TOP..CLAY.  When he bought this dealership  he told his people" no more courtesy cars". According to the service staff. And then he cut their salaries IN HALF, losing the best of his staff.
Again, according to the staff. Attitudes & the rudeness are most often indicative of a TOTAL LACK OF POSITIVE LEADRSHIP.......CLAY COOLEY....WHAT A FRAUD! In my opinion! 😤It was much better as Auto Nation.

Friend bought a car. Car broke down. Now we are stranded on the side of the road with a rental car from this place. Brakes automatically locked up. We can't even drive off to the side of the road. How dare a dealership give a rental car out in his shape. Tried to reset the car. The battery cables spin with the posts.

This is the worst place. They cheat on people. Charged us 1000$ additionally. Trait people a lot. I advise not to visit this disgusting place
