Cleared everything out of my SUV to prepare for vacuuming. Inserted a pricey $1.25 into the vac only to discover that the suction wasn't powerful enough to vacuum up anything. So my $1.25 is gone. There is nobody on sight to complain to. 
My first and last visit. I don't like spending money to not get what I paid for and I don't like that there isn't any customer service. I'm not putting another $1.25 in another machine.

This is the best self service car wash I've found. I've been to a lot all around the metroplex and no one can compare to what I've seen here. Perhaps a little pricey but well worth it for the quality of the equipment and cleaning chemicals. I've used this place many times and have yet to come across a setting that is out of cleaner or bay that is out of order.

Used the carpet shampoo machine tonight. The cord need to be replaced or repaired. Wires are sticking out of it & they sliced my finger open & sent an electric shock through me. My hand is still numb. See attached photos.
