12-30-2017 I am in the Air Force and am very attentive to details. I got the mini detail service and when they said it was complete, I got in and there was still dog hair and my leather seats were wet. They did not take very good care to attention to detail. When I told the service staff, he suggested a carpet shampoo to get the dog hair out. I told him I watched him, from inside, and he barely went over it with a vacuum and that I have been able to vacuum it better. He should never raise his voice at customers.  Needless to say, it took longer than it should have. Customer service is lacking. If you're going to pay for a detail, take your money somewhere that you're valued and details matter.

On the expensive side but the process is quick. They do seem to try and push repairing cracked wind shields. They insisted i had a crack in mine when i clearly did not. However the  location is attached to a gas station which has a very cool little taco cafe inside. Which is nice.

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and am completely satisfied with the interior and exterior Gold Package that I got! Great value for the price. My car felt fresh and new after the service. The team also spent a lot of time and effort with the interior cleaning even though it was close to closing time. 10/10 would recommend :)

Highly disappointed with the customer service and the fact that I was charged twice. I called numerous times and no one answers the phone. Period. I contacted the gas station and asked to speak to the car wash due to my card being charged twice and I'd like to sort it out with car wash versus my bank. I spoke with Antonio and I told him the amount of my charges and goes to say they don't have a car wash that equals that price. Go figure.. He said he would look into it . Waiting for a call back.. Will most likely need to file a dispute with my bank. If you're in a rush and even think about stopping here.. Don't!

If I could give 0 stars I would, the didn't even wipe down the back seats which btw were leather and had juice spilled on them. They also didn't vacuum my daughter's car seat. When I asked them to do so they said that wasn't part of what I  paid for if I wanted them to clean that I would have to pay for a detail clean, bearing in mind I had just spent $45 on the car wash and was told that my seats would be wiped and vacuumed. If I knew that the amount I paid didn't cover a basic wiping down of the inside I would have either paid for a different package or taken my business elsewhere, for a car wash it is expensive however if you're charging crazy prices the job needs to be amazing, which it really isn't
